Dangerous or not?

A little while ago I replaced the bars on my pug with some wider ones; to make this easier I also bought a quill-to-threadless stem adapter. (I then set about taping the bars with a moderate degree of success.)

The finished product looks like this, including the stem adapter:

Integrated Transport Plan for The Hills Shire

A NEW Draft Integrated Transport Direction has been placed on exhibition by Hills Shire Council.
The plan outlines the council’s strategic direction for transport and will be asking residents for comments and submissions from Tuesday (February

Taping my handlebars...

Yesterday evening, I acquired a new skill. Or rather, I did something for the first time, which means next time I do it I'll know how to do it better. But probably still not skilfully.

Anyway, the story started when I decided to replace the bars on my Peugeot; the ones that were on there were rather narrow and not comfortable.
