My Gong Ride Tour

Well as you may remember I planned to do a tour to get to Gong Ride. I made a booking for Youth Hostel at Central and got the leave approved but got caught up in work and the date almost crept up on me. On Thursday morning I got my Cell S2200 road bike ready. Cyclist Down - Are YOU Ready?

It happened to me early one morning. At a fast spot on the path I came over a slight crest and there in front of me was a Cyclist Down. Later I realised that I didn't know how long he had been lying there, spreadeagled across his bike and bleeding, it could have been a minute, or an hour.
