Circular quay to sydney uni safe route

Hi everyone, does anyone have any suggestion as to a good route to get from circular quay to sydney uni. This morning I went via pyrmont bridge but to get there was a bit hairy on the central city roads. I am not looking forward to doing that on the return at 5pm! Thanks in advance

Riding in Hannover

I had reason to go to Germany on business recently, which entailed staying in a hotel, and then going into the Hannover offices of the company I work for every day for a week or two.

I challenged my colleague Alex to write his first cycling blog as he embarks on a pretty big challenge in about a month's time. It's his first time on a proper road bike, hence the title I gave him 'Training Wheels'.... So this is what he has to say about cycling and the challenge.
