Dapper or Ladylike Tweed Attire to be Worn.

Meet Sydney Town Hall 8am for 9am Start. Prizes for Best Dressed Male, Female and Child (under 12).

This is an unsupported ride, all riders accept responsibility for themselves and their bikes, all Road Rules apply.

Hey hey everyone,

you may have seen me at the start of the Tweed Ride taking photos. I've uploaded these photos to a Flickr group, which I'd love you guys to check out:

More importantly though, there were many photographers there this morning, so if you'd like to add your photos to the group, please do so - would be great to have all the photos in one handy spot :)

All my shots are added under a Creative Commons non-commercial share-a-like attribution license, which basically means you can do whatever you like with the photos so long as it's not for commercial gain. Keep an eye out for a kiwi boy named Shane who I secconded at Central tonight :-) he had a gorgeous vintage bike with him, and sounded keen for some Tweed action.

Also gives a chance for the stragglers to just go to the caravan and catch up and not feel like they are sooo last.. this is if the first is more than 5 minutes ahead.

very important to ride rally REALLY slow on Federation Way (marked as Grand Drive wrongly) so everyone can bunch up again. this is before we go into centennial park popper.

Yep a full lap of the park before we stop has always been in the plans so that will work out well for everyone.

OK, point taken. But I would suggest we do the lap of the park first and give everyone a chance to use the toilets before going to the caravan cafe.

Agree about the Cafe. The main cafe has been given very poor reviews, especially about crappy service and attitude. I am with yogi, they can go @#%^ themselves!

the smaller cafe is the Caravan..
and by far the better place.

The main cafe can just go #u@& itself

Hi Madam,

I've heard the big cafe doesn't like cyclists as we leave our bikes round and clomp in our shoes..can anyone confirm this?

That is why I had the finish for the smaller cafe. The toilets are still pretty close and as we'll do a lap of the park first there are a few toilets that can be seen from the main lap so people can see those ones.

Does that make sense?
