Been making things for my bike-lemme know if anyone else wants anything made
Hi made a few things with my sewing machine from a pair of waterproof reflective mens trousers. They were way too big and bulky to ride with so i thought i would put them to good use as a cover for the back basket, bike seat cover and satchel for the bottom of the basket to house tools, glasses, pump, spare tyre etc. I also cut down and re-sewed a bag thing to put the Blackberry phone in so i can use google maps while riding

Fantastic job! I've been staring at the sewing machine for so long now, and the big pile of things that I want to repurpose. You might be just the inspiration I need :)

Aw thanks :0) Yeah i know how it is with sewing. I have a huge pile of jobs to do for myself. When i get a customer i am fast but for my own clothing and other stuff i sew for me i fall behind he he. I have come up with heaps of bags and covers for the bike before but am always refining what i need plus finding more crap when i go trash hunting. Off to Bellevue Hill tonight to see what the household cleanup has to offer woot woot :0) Hope i find a pump and other cycling needs he he
