it doesn't sound fatal, and seems to have affected traffic for about an hour.

Friend of mine was on that bus. Apparently the cyclist wasn't wearing a helmet.

She said she didn't see what happened, but there was a bit of a bump on collision. Also said there wasn't any visible blood near the bus so I guess (and hope!) the cyclist is okay.

Maybe not asking to be run over - but a helmet would definitely protect you from a bus!! ::rollseyes::
Anyway as the man says "if you are foolhardy enough to even look sideways at a bicycle without wearing a helmet, you could get a serious brain injury, anywhere, anytime".
