Hmmm, Snarl, eh? Seems an appropriate name with the level of road rage out there among the cagers.

It's a pretty interesting website.
Sometimes you hear of an issue but can't find it on RTA/RMS or the Police pages it'll could be here.
Permalink Reply by Raelene L on April 27, 2012 at 11:16am Friend of mine was on that bus. Apparently the cyclist wasn't wearing a helmet.
Permalink Reply by PeterT on April 27, 2012 at 11:25am Thanks for that input.
Was your friend in shock? Any details on what caused the accident?
Permalink Reply by Raelene L on April 27, 2012 at 12:55pm She said she didn't see what happened, but there was a bit of a bump on collision. Also said there wasn't any visible blood near the bus so I guess (and hope!) the cyclist is okay.
Permalink Reply by PeterT on April 27, 2012 at 3:33pm Thanks for the update Raelene.
Assuming it's a case of bus bumping the cyclist and not the other way around ?
Hope so too!
Permalink Reply by yogi on April 27, 2012 at 2:19pm ummmmm....yeah not wearing a helmet is asking to be run over ?????
Permalink Reply by PeterT on April 27, 2012 at 3:36pm Treat it as 2 separate informative statements Yogi.
I'm pretty sure that's not what is implied.
Permalink Reply by Carlos Kramer on April 27, 2012 at 4:14pm Maybe not asking to be run over - but a helmet would definitely protect you from a bus!! ::rollseyes::
Anyway as the man says "if you are foolhardy enough to even look sideways at a bicycle without wearing a helmet, you could get a serious brain injury, anywhere, anytime".
Permalink Reply by Will Edwards on April 27, 2012 at 5:06pm Sorry to hear that. I hope whoever was involved is not seriously injured.
