Cycling in Sydney Australia
Well actually, this lot haven't moved for a while, but I'll be moving house soon and won't have room for them all *sniff*.
I think the prices are quite reasonable for the specs and condition of them, but would welcome others thoughts even if you're not in the market for another bike yourself. I'll be listing them on Gumtree or Bike Exchange in a week or so if no one here is interested in them.

Permalink Reply by Jonathon Troy on April 24, 2012 at 10:36pm I will be in Sydney tomorrow & friday I would like to look at the Mongoose can you name a time to have a look - I need to make sure it fits.
Permalink Reply by CM on April 24, 2012 at 11:37pm Hi Jonathon. Tomorrow sounds good for me, say early afternoon? I'll PM you my phone number and location.
Permalink Reply by CM on April 25, 2012 at 12:40am Hey, I'm sorry, but I just realised I made a mistake with the frame size on the Mongoose! It's actually a medium, not a large in their sizing. I'm not sure what that equates to in actual frame measurements, but I'm 1.8m (5'10") tall and it's a good fit for me.
Permalink Reply by CM on April 26, 2012 at 11:01pm And the Mongoose has been sold to Jonathon! Good to meet you yesterday JT. I hope the bike gives you many years of trouble free use!

Noice bikes!
I'm interested in the Giant, but won't be able to confirm either way for a few days so i'll let you know before the "week or so" is up.

Permalink Reply by CM on April 25, 2012 at 8:08pm Well I feel a little cramped riding it myself (was always intending to fit a longer stem), so I'd suggest it'd be a bit on the small side for you. You're welcome to take a look if you like though. I'm in Erskineville.
