Sunday Morning Ride from M7 Crossroads to M4 return
Anyone interested in riding from 7am, leaving from the McDonalds at the crossroads opposite Tree Valley Golf Course. Easy ride around 28klm avg speed and return for a coffee at Maccas and back home around 10am depending on where you live. Along the cycleway not the road.

I might be very interested but not this sunday. And my bike is a Trek MTB, not sure if I'd keep up with ya!

Matt not a problem mate, I usually race on Saturdays at heffron park and use Sunday to stretch out. Around the southwest I usually commute to Randwick from Liverpool everyday weather permitting.
