LOL, I've lived most of my life in Sydney

You live a sheltered life Mike! I thought that it was only the poms who didn't travel beyond their villages!

It's a mere 300-ish kms as the crow flies from SHB.

Not to mention (oh I did) the kelpie dog one....

That's in NSW too!

I'll put you out of your misery, although it is probably just a few keystrokes away from being solved by NA!

It was taken between Caroona and Spring Ridge heading west along the Quirindi > Premer > Coonabarabran road, as show at the cross hairs below.

Solved by NA? Unlikely.

Besides, I only have a long-distant, fleeting familiarity with the road on the far side of Coonabarabran.
