Audax Riders

Audax rides are non-competitive long distance tours by bicycle, called "randonnees". The challenge of Audax is not in racing, but in riding at your own pace. Rides are open to all reasonably fit riders - non-Audax members are most welcome to join.

question to the very few Audax riders here, I am doing teh Wing it West ride this weekend and wondered how many riders will be doing it.  It will be my first Audax ride.

see you there, I'll be at the back.  Did you get your brevet card yet?  No mail for me as yet.

Brevet cards are usually given to you at the start of the ride.

Enjoy the ride Robflyte. Its a fantastic ride. I imagine you'll be hearing some pretty wild stories as many Sydney Audax riders are coming back in a state of post-PBP euphoria.
Comment by Robflyte on September 23, 2011 at 3:03pm
Apparently not many riders going due to the PBP, a little disappointed with that aspect, I'm ready (I think) for a long ride.
