The Randwick Botany Cycling Club is based at Heffron Park Maroubra, Sydney Australia. The club is committed to the sport of cycling and caters for all grades of riders from the social rider to the National and International level competitor. Criterium racing is conducted every Saturday in a happy and friendly atmosphere at Heffron Park criterium circuit. We are one of the few clubs with our own club house and facilities, and also have a Club Championship which consists of a number of different races during the year.

Our rides are on:
Tuesday 6:05am- Watsons Bay Hills 32km
Wednesday 6:05am- LaPerouse 50km, or Cent Park intervals
Thursday 6:05am- La Perouse 38km
Friday 6:05am - Centenial Park > Coffee
Saturday 2pm - Heffron Park - graded racing
Sunday 6:30am - Waterfall 105km (option of turning at Sutherland 65km or National Park 115km)

You are welcome to come out for a test ride for a few rides, although we do ask that if you'd like to keep on riding you join our club, which includes membership to Bicycle Australia and insurance (depending on level of membership). If you're not up to racing or bunch riding, we also have beginner rides to get you acquainted with group riding.

Hi Ben,
Wednesday is not quite correct. We have an organised ride "The reverse Snake Pit" which goes through Randwick through Maroubra, out to La Perouse then onto the Container Terminals and returns via Maroubra and Coogee with 3 climbs, Mons Avenue, Torrington Road and Coogee Bay Rd. Finishes at The Grind coffee shop Paddington and is 50km round trip. Some of our guys elect to do sprint training or team time trial training but there is an organised ride, "the Reverse Snakepit" ride.
