My pleasure. The only small dilemma I have is whether to allow male cyclists (in touch with their feminine side) to join. There a few guys out there who may benefit from a bit of "therapy". What do others think?

I'm usually happy to ride with guys. I think it would be nice to reserve the right to organise "girls only" retreats though.

I have an event comming up in 6 weeks...

anyone wanna help me with my bead strings.. err Therapy.

Yesterday I did 5 hard laps of the top hill in Centennial park anti clockwise. from main kiosk to Queens park exit up to the water tower and left under the resoviour then left down to the statue , veer left and then back onto the main run pat the rotundra on the left then left towards the gate then left up the hill again... Trying not to slow down I think I managed to stay above 30 going up the hills for about 4 laps then I kinda died off...

On my 5th lap I went home to Clovelly Via Oxford St Bondi Junction Bronte rd and home. where I sat on my rollers for a good 7 minutes going as fast as I dared

I am looking to do more laps slower with anyone or I can leave you and the game can be ... how many laps does it take me to catch you... as we will e going the same direction. My objective will be to catch you and yours would be to stay away.

No matter of your pace .. you will get faster or fitter as it is an effort..

Hey Yogi, do you want to ride during the day? if so I'm in, i need to build up my fitness and want to ride more. Also on the girls group am organising a pre work training ride to do intervals at the park if you want to come along?
