Reporting Accidents to Police

I've set up this group as a repository of information for cyclists involved in collisions and how to best have the Police fulfill their role where cyclists are involved. For detailed info go to the MASSBug website shown below.

Sorry Darrell, it's a .pdf so it automatically dropped a file to my desktop whereas I was expecting a web page to open. I got it.

A few more pearls of wisdom on how to breach the blue wall of non co-operation at this discussion.

can I do that? Wow... next time straight down to the station! So a co-rider can be an independent witness (depending on the magistrate?).
Are you suggesting if there is an accident I post here as a record? Are there any lists of accidents online that can be added to? A register of sorts available to media etc. Could be useful..

Gianni, the purpose of this group is only to provide feedback on how to get things to happen legally and how to get the law to work in the way in which it is intended to. It is not intended as a log of accidents. If you wish to have some sort of log of accidents for this site, I'd suggest that you start another group specifically for that purpose.

OK thanks Dabba... I realise this now after going through the discussion properly. May do that I think. See what the response is. Perhaps I can link to it through your Discussion.
