Go to Tempe Velodrome
Monday: 6:30pm Track Training
Wed: 6:30pm Track Training
Thur: Rollermania at 6:30pm

Meet the riders from Dulwich Hill Bicycle Club. You'll need to have a cycling australian license to ride track (i.e. ride-it traing license = around $65 a year). The new riders coach (Lindsay) can run you through everything. There are some loaner bikes available. More info at:

Come on down Toffa. Should be a spare bike for you once you have a licence to jump over the fence onto the track at Tempe. I'm a bit concerned here though Adrian. Look at his name, and the bikes he is into! Could be a doppleganger!

You could brave the winter colds at Tempe Toffa or you could just drop over and ride in stylish comfort at the DGV 7:00pm Wednesday nights.

Man this is a slow moving forum.

C'mon Trackies shake off the winter blues and race your Single Speed roadies on the Dunc Gray Crit Circuit this Saturday afternoon.

Full details under discussion in the Single Speed section. Check it out.

Hey Guys,

After months of putting it off I am finally ready to give track racing a go. So I was wondering if you had any tips on how to get started. Is it really as easy as joining a club, getting a Ride-It license and then turning up to the training sessions?

To ride with Dulwich Hil Bicycle Club, head down to Tempe Velodrome on Monday & Wed after 6:30pm and see what you think. Ask for Lindsay who is the club's new riders development officer . The Ride-it License is easy to sort out. There is a good chance they'll be a loaner bike there to have a go (depending on your size). Bring appropriate road shoes and pedals.
