Clean down
Stripped the bike after yesterdays horrible ride in wind and rain. Last thing to do was clean the chain. 2hours of fun.

1/ Isn't the general advice to clamp the seat post ?
2/ Do you like those chain cleaners? I used them a few times and felt that going the quick link route is better.
Although for my 11speed I've yet to install a quick link , as they are apparently non-reusable.

Chain the seat post is better - no doubt. The clamp system I have is jammed at the moment so did what I could . . . thats a neoprene boot cover used to cushion the clamp.
My Park Tools chain cleaner is fantastic. It was cheap and does the job every time.
