This is something similar to the way I started on a bicycle, all those 56 years ago.Boy was it fun with only a sore bottom and no lactic buildup.

You have to remember the summer in the UK is 20 degrees! Any hotter and nothing works.

To take a photo of the UK summer you need a very fast shutter speed - if you get what I mean...

Excuse me but I'll have you know we get temperatures up to 23-24 degrees here in summer! Obviously thats exceptional and does not happen very often but its pretty hot.
