Cumberland Hospital road surface

Cumberland Hospital appears on the Parramatta bike maps as a cycling route, except that the road is crumbling and quickly becoming too dangerous. I find it to be an excellent "unofficial" link in the local cycling network. I managed to get the Parramatta Advertiser to run a story about it. As a result, some limited repairs have been made.
