Suggestions of a good bike pump.

Agree with sit ubu sit... C02 + pump... this is the way to go for sure, especially on longer rides. i carry a beto alloy mini-pump on my bike, and in my (small) saddle bag, for longer rides at weeken…

Only One More Sleep to Go

Agree completely, it was a great day and a great ride. I had planned to complete the 100km but got mis-directed by the cops at the half-way mark :( they sent me and about 5 other blokes on a 5-6km de…

But there is the dude (or bike 'hoon') at roughly 1'03" who goes up on the pavement to cut in front of the good cycling boys & girls... seriously though, that looks like the place bikes & cyclists go after life... how awesome.

Yep, the stretching will help... I don't do enough but tend to feel all the better when taking the time to stretch properly. You mentioned eating heaps of carbs - which is great pre-ride and in general / balanced in your diet - but ensure you're get…

Even worse, cops watching whilst OzEco tours bus skim past a cyclist & beeping at said cyclist for no reason. 6.45am last Sunday 11 April, I'm cycling out to Watson's Bay via CBD to do my usual Watson's Bay-Bellevue Hill-Cent Park-back to Lilyfield…

Glad you enjoyed the day, after a wet start it improved no end and was most enjoyable, the roads around Mannering Park have not improve in 7 years when I first did this ride so dont expect anything soon.Cheers
