Once a day not including the commute is awesome ! I ride a few mornings a week around Centennial park - usually get there by 6am - would be cool to hook up for a ride..riding alone gets kinda boring after a while !

Last weekend we did Botany, La Peruse through all the beaches to Bondi Junction, then next day did Centennial park to Bondi, military road to Watson's bay then back through rose bay, double bay, edgecliff, kings cross. It was hard but fun!
