The bridge to Chatswood .... whats the best safest route?

What's the best, safest route from the HB to Chatswood? I'm a born and bred "eastsider", so get a little lost unless it's something easy like the ride to Akuna etc. Going to the "darkside" a couple…Continue

Just got home from mid-afternoon ride. Coming up New South Head Rd at Vaucluse near the Cemetery when I was buzzed by a "British racing green" Honda Civic Sedan, license plate QQU-100. Got told I…Continue

Centennial Park has been very busy for the last two days. I guess it's mostly about the "Holiday and Travel Expo" they're set up for this weekend, but today for example there's also some type of…Continue

What's the best, safest route from the HB to Chatswood? I'm a born and bred "eastsider", so get a little lost unless it's something easy like the ride to Akuna etc. Going to the "darkside" a couple of times over the holidays and am keen to take advantage of lower traffic levels to ditch some calories associated with the seasonal goodwill. Thanks.See More

Sure we can have a ride someday. Sound as so you'll leave me for dead though. My last tour du Léman was done 25 years ago........not quite as fit anymore but still pedaling around.
