"My reading of the Vic rules is that a bicycle can have 2 or 3 wheels.  But nothing said about 4 wheels.  So it's not a bicycle.  However I think that makes it a "toy vehicle" which possibly in Vic now needs a helmet…"

"In Victoria there is an exemption for religious reasons. When I got my medical exemption Victoads accidentally sent me a religious one instead.  The fact that the Sikh could get an exemption in Victoria but not Queensland could be used to help."

Mike Rubbo's upcoming exhibition

Better known for his films and advocacy of helmet law reform, Mike is also an artist and is exhibiting in Sydney soon, "Nothing but bikes: Beauty in Utility".
