This morning I got out for a ride on the M7, something I haven't done for a few weeks - not since I did that Riverstone ride with John H and Rob K. It was a great day for it, a little cool, light wind, and plenty of others out doing the same. I had done about 20 k's when a much younger, much fitter and faster guy overtook me.
