Stuck Seat Post

Does anyone know how to remove a seat post, that is stuck into the frame, without damaging the seat post? Any tips would be a great help.CheersContinue

Tell us about your bikes
I have 5 bikes, well 4 and a half. One is a Scott Genius MC40 MTB, GT Ultra Road bike, which is my baby. a GT Peace (single speed) and a new member to the family, is a GT Gutterball (fixie). I also have a Kona Lava Dome, which is a hard tail MTB, which I'll be building it up to a Xtrabike.
About Me:
I love riding both MTB's and road bikes. I ride just about everywhere I go. I use to be a bike messenger in the Sydney's CBD and did that for 10years. Most weekends, I ride with two bunch of guys. One who calls them self the S.H.I.T Club and they do a lot of road rides and the other group, is a bunch of guys who ride MTB's. These days, you can find me riding Rickshaws around the city's CBD.
