About Me:
The City of Sydney is committed to making Sydney a cycling City.

At the heart of this commitment is a safe, convenient and sustainable 200 kilometre bike network that will include more than 70 kilometres of separated cycleways.

Our bike network will reduce road congestion, cut emission and improve public health. More importantly, it will encourage more people to take up cycling!

We have designed the network to improve connections between employment, recreation and residential destinations to make cycling an attractive transport choice.

To support the rollout of the bike network the City also offers a range of other initiatives and products including our ever-popular Live Green Cycle Map, that shows recommended routes for cycling in the city, and our Cycling Workshop series - a FREE series of courses including: Cycling in the City Confidence and Bicycle Maintenance for Beginners.

For more information on the bike network that we are building and on our other cycling initiatives please visit: www.cityofsydney.nsw.gov.au/cycling/
