Sunday Centennial

Centennial was pretty magic today - warm breeze, sunlight through the trees... but I did get a puncture! (murphys law not having a kit with me) Interestingly, when I inquired at the bike hire company, the staff (sitting back relaxing in the sun) said they don't stock puncture repair kits because they "would have to do too many on the spot repairs", so they directed me to their shop three kms away... Rather than support their flawed thinking I just borrowed a kit from a kindly passing cyclist.

TAT launches Special Brochure : Bike Travel Manual “Cycling in Amazing Thailand”

The Tourist Attractions Division, Product Promotion Department in collaboration with the Promotional Material Production Division has produced a bike travel manual: Cycling in Amazing Thailand: Cycle and See Thailand at Your Own Pace”. If anything I'm a 'performance hipster' I never wear Jeans when I cycle but I never drink gatorade.... if I wanted an unpractical fixed geared bike for showing off I'd buy one of these:
