Yesterday I did a bicycle maintenance course with Bike Wise (http://www.bikewise.com.au/). It's supported by Sydney City Council and is free.
I highly recommend it. Ben, our tutor, was knowledgeable and thorough, and he didn't 'talk down' to us. (Bike shops you could take note - no one likes a smart arse)

cool. I also had a look the other day and I'll be attending the workshop in 3 weeks time; cause they are all booked until then. I guess the workshop is relly succesful.
