Well had my first Crit for the season and although I only lasted 36.16 out of a 40min + 2lap race, I am happy where I am at. For now. I entered into the Elite A Bank Of Queensland Twilight Crit series Race 3. Jokingly some one yelled out for no attacks for the first 10 minutes, I think that got confused with 10 seconds as it was on immediately. With crazy speeds of 69km/h with around 40 in the race, and attack after attack, it was a tough day out. I helped bring back a dangerous attack, but at the 30 min mark I was dangling off the back under the constant pressure being applied at the front by some of the guys who have just return from the Jayco Bay Classic(a 5 Crit series with some of the best riders in Aust) and the National titles. I tried to chase back on but couldn't do it. Oh well.

Anyway some solid training coming up and more racing with another Elite A crit on Saturday morning and some Track training on Sunday. Legs will be firing soon and I hope for some good performances over the coming year.
