Cycling in Sydney Australia
Its now been a month since I boarded a borrowed brompton and learnt to ride. It seems that bike-lust is an automatic side-effect of acquiring pedal power - so after seeing Julliet (by Viva) in the window at Velosophy (EQ) I coveted her.
A wobbly test ride sealed the deal - so sensationally sit-uppy! Thankfully I have a handsome, encouraging (not to say generous) partner who happened to have a credit card handy - so now Julliet is mine, mine, all mine!!
I even rode her (slowly) on the shared paths from EQ home to Erko (skirting the edge of Centennial Park and Moore Park). I think I blinded a few other cyclists and pedestrians with her sheer sparkle. Also, the staff at were so great, even throwing in a drink for myself and my (now broke) partner to see us home.
Julliet and I have been almost inseparable since - I believe Julliet and I will live happily ever-after...as I said my partner is very generous...
