Transporting myself by Dutch bike #2, N+1

Kidding, kinda* and pun-fully... Peace out.

*Dutch-esque anyway.

So is that bike n+1 or baby n+1 , careful not to get confused?

Good setup, no situp, no wait again setup. I guess with all the mythical properties that situpbikes have, you rode home via (up) the unrideable Lower Beach Street?

BTW nice heavy metal salute, my kids still cannot get it right and both are now in double digit age groups.

@Bill Parker - just bike n+1. Actually, it is really bike N+0.5 as I am sharing it with the missus.

@Baa Baa - Nah, I put it on the roof rack :). We were going to North Harbour for a cousins birthday and picked up the bike from Manly Cycles (actually a good bike shop for this kind of stuff) on the way. Was easier to drop me off and ride it up there than try and find parking in Manly where we could put the bike on a roof rack. I might be able to ride up there on that bike though, gearing is 42/32/22 14-34. Made it up Griffin Rd with bubba on board in 32/34 with no worries, quite a bit of lower gears left :). Glad we did not go the "vintage" bike route though, 42/28 would not have been anywhere near low enough.

Rock on.

I didn't know that Specialized made a Dutch Style bike! Did you go to the Manly Cycles Cruiser Shop, or just the Speciliazed Store? I got our Electra Townies from Manly Cycles Cruiser Shop a couple of years ago. I am just getting #2 son into the BoBike Mini child seat, but like the Northern Beaches, there is nowhere I can actually ride the bike from home. I am thinking I'll have to head down to Olympic Park.
