What cyclists' want...
The whole bike lane debate is often a Shibboleth in the cycling community. I thought this Yehuda Moon comic strip puts a really nice spin on what cyclists want.

Well you don't see any people in wheelchairs coming to the Art gallery now - how do we know they want to visit?

If they dont make the road any wider i dont see the point in having a bike lane. I'd just like to see motorists stop driving in the gutter (unless they are just signalling and about to turn left).
(Invisible bike lanes is what i want.)

I just don't really see the point in having bike lanes if motorists aren't educated not to drive in them.
If motorists start positioning there cars on the road properly and leaving space for cyclists, then whats the point of having bike lanes?

Me three on the longer more highway type routes (the cartoon is about bike lanes not bike paths tho)
