Thanks for your comment. I'm actually planning to join the DHBC 'saturday slowies' in the next few weeks. I'm generally ok with early morning starts. Quiet roads at that time of day is a great motivator for me since I'm fairly freaked out by riding in traffic at the momment.
Hope to see you there.
Maybe you could have a look at my Flickr account and let me know which images you think we should use for our postcard and poster next year? Just leave a comment on the ones you like.

My friend Michelle French is organising the bike love parade that opens the Bicycle Film Festival on the 13th of November. We will be riding from Cheeky Transport in Georgina St Newtown at 6.30pm, along King St to Sydney Park for various festivities. http://bffsydney.org/bike-love-street-parade/
Michelle wants me to provide a gang of painted riders and I think it’s a good chance to promote SBAR. Would you and your friends like to attend? We will meet at Cheeky at 5.15 - 5.30pm. Should be finished by 7pm.
Let me know if you'd like to join us
Just noticed that you mentioned tandem racing in a comment. We used to ride tandems and I would dearly love to be able to watch them thundering around in a race. How do you find out when/where they will be racing?
OK thanks Adrian. Pity about that. We used to have a lot of fun with our kids when we were touring with our 2 tandems and having races along some of the quiet country roads to help keep them entertained. It would be good to see it done seriously.
I'm sorry I didn't get back to you... We spoke to Rupert Guinnes (legend Tour journo) this morning on Monday breakfast. He gave a great interview. Monday breakfast can be podcast on http://www.2ser.com/programs/shows/mondaybreakfast
Sorry I missed you at our cafe on Saturday. It's all coming along nicely, the lounge is going to have a satellite event for the Bicycle Film Fest next month & hence I'm running around finishing off painting & related artwork stuff. Hope you enjoyed the muffins & Steves coffee-making prowess. ;)
I should of nabbed you for another YarraBUG Radio interview, back up in Syd now?
