Cooks River path is probably what I mean. Will definitely give it a go. Any idea where you get on it at Tempe? :)

Did a small ride of cooks river path on Saturday. Loved it. Will definitely make it a regular thing.

I found some photos in my collection which you may like. Check out the Previous and the Next as well. (I don't really hate dogs.)

Yep, but Mr O's post is less ambiguous and is clearly referring to a post which has been deleted and it is rather insightful into that poster's motives.

Except as I have just noted, he is invoking your name. Oh well, we just have to get him to delete his post as well.

Or, here's a good idea, Damian could do it!!

Hi Rob,

I heard from a friend in Dulwich Hill BC that you had pretty nasty crash today out at West Head.

Wishing you a speedy recovery and hope to see you riding again soon.

Hi Rob,

I hope you're comfortable and started to heal.

I was spoke briefly with Bec yesterday about your prang. She mentioned that as you were lying on the side of the road waiting for the ambulance you had said something along the lines of "Sorry, I don't think I'll be able to ride any further today." Classic understatement Rob. But, as Bec mentioned, it was not a completely surprising comment as you had ridden the last 100 km of the previous ride with a broken hand.

I understand that Christmas in Oz with a broken shoulder isn't quite what you had planned but I hope you, and yours, have a good Christmas and happy New Year anyway.

Cheers,

Michael

Happy b day fella, also hope the bones are knitting and you are past the scab stage.

For what it is worth the "silver" healing sensitive Dressings seem to work well on bad gravel rash spots like knees and elbows....

That's a good goal for the year even if a bit tongue in cheek.

Cheers Rob.  Cu on an audax ride later in the year.

the first rule of defensive riding or driving is to assume everyone else is driving without due care and attention.

had a car driver turn across me on Monday, left hook. The Big Dummy fared well, the car had a Soma rack and Robert dent in it. I ended up with a shoulder blade that hurts again and wrist/ankle stiffness.

I tried turning into free space while braking but the dummy doesn't change direction that easily.
